“The thing I love most about having Summer as a personal trainer is being able to bring my child to the workouts and still get the personal trainer experience/results. I never would’ve taken the time to work out if I had to find a babysitter or leave him. She brought toys in there for him to play with so that I could keep an eye on him while doing my workout! Also, I barely had a clue on the proper form to lift weights and in no time Summer had me feeling like a pro! She is a great teacher and will take the proper time to show you how to do things properly to get the best results! The workouts were fun and I loved that she switched it up before you have a chance to get bored with it! Summer helped me lose my pregnancy weight and build up my muscle mass!”
